An Indiana judge ruled the state couldn't impose its near-total abortion ban on individuals who have a religious exemption. The Attorney General is trying to push back against this latest ruling.

An Indianapolis woman told FOX59/CBS4 a shooting victim tried to hide from gunfire in her apartment early Saturday morning. The woman said she didn't know the person prior to the shooting.
