Miles de dispositivos pueden enviar solicitudes al mismo tiempo hasta que el servidor deja de responder. Eso es una Denegación de Servicio Distribuida. En muchos casos se usan botnets para generar ese tráfico. No es sofisticación. Es volumen. Entender cómo funcionan estos ataques ayuda a entender por qué las webs “se caen” de repente.
