Canning Sweet Spicy Garlic Scape (rebel-ish recipe) Rebel canning is using non tested recipes, but I just used a cowboy canning recipe and subbed garlic scapes, both are low acid and I did this by weight, also digital pH meter tested it, and I just trust my own judgment - but if you don’t trust yours, don’t do this! There are barely any shelf stable recipes for garlic scapes besides pickles or dried for powder or salt, I prefer shelf stability so I made this recipe! Makes 7 half pints! - 4 cups
