From vine to jar 🍈 This season’s passion fruit harvest — picked a little early, just when they turned yellow-orange, and ripened naturally off the vine. Last time we waited too long, someone else enjoyed the harvest before us 😄 so lesson learnt! Cutting them open, scooping out that aromatic pulp, and storing it the best way possible.
