Chinese Crested puppy rescue! Someone put Topper and his brother into a crate and abandoned them in a park in Burlington. Thankfully someone found the crate and brought the puppies to Burlington Animal Services. After their stray time was up, Topper’s brother was adopted. Because it was thought Topper had a heart murmur, and because of lack of cage space, shelter staff reached out to us for help. We were happy to get Topper out of the shelter and he went straight to the vet for a health check. T
