Here's the latest update from the KELOLAND Live Doppler Storm Center. We are watching developing showers in the Sioux Falls area now, but more development is expected today. Heavy snowfall is likely in the Sioux Falls area at times this afternoon and snowfall rates of 1-2" will be needed to get 3-6" of accumulation. The heaviest snow will happen with a second, more intense band of snow this evening across portions of western and northern IA. We are forecasting the potential for 8+" in Spencer. S
